encryption
>>524112750Ironically, meat space has become even more valuable. Sign language does not require sound.

>>524112904what's wrong with encryption, that's literally how we did it since the dawn of time
>>524112858Bit of a tangent.
>>524112750Leave your phone inside when you go out to the fire pit.

>>524112946Nothing wrong with encryption. But better make sure your encryption machine is not backdoored.>prism scandal
>>524112946There is nothing theoretically wrong with encryption, and everything wrong with pretty much every implementation of it that is available for your use.Unless you really know what you're doing, chances are it's doing nothing for you since your implementation has a rigged, predictable RNG that generates your keys.Encryption, when done right, is next to impossible to break, but it's almost never done right on purpose so as to lead users into having a false sense of security.
>>524112750With a wink.
>>524112750Talk on it once Toss it Totally untraceable it’s what the taliban used to do
imagine being such a hopeless normie that the possibility of leaving your phone behind doesn't even occur in your adderall polluted brain.
>>524112810No actual encryption is allowed to exist.>>524112750Go hiking and don't bring a phone niggers. Jews hate nature because they can't control it

>>524112810Encrypted with what? The endpoints are compromised. This was Snowden's most emphatic point
>>524115272Write text on a piece of paperEncrypt it on the paperUse your keyboard to enter the encrypted/encoded message to your whatsappSend message Profit?
>>524116012And how do you communicate the keys? How do you store the keys? Bear in mind that metadata is sometimes more valuable than the message plaintext. If they know who you're speaking to, where you both are, and your histories (and if you're sending each other messages via WhatsApp, they know all of that), they're able to graph your relationships and likely figure out what you're talking about without needing to decrypt the message
>>524112750> How can secret conversations occur now that cell phones record everything?
>>524116115exchange them irlIf 20 years ago, the all regulating governments would’ve come up with a regulation that said any website that accepts registrations must register the users on physical offices, we wouldn’t have had this social media brain rot. And there wouldn’t be need for a government front central certificate authorities
>>524112750You gotta talk outside and leave your phone and smartwatch or whatever at home. You gotta speak in in-group culture/slang that makes it difficult for outsiders to understand. Then you gotta be cryptic so only the intended recipient actually gets what you’re talking about and to anyone else it might even be a benign comment. Basically like in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels when they put subtitles over the British slang so it makes sense. Also in Snatch the way the Gypsy’s talk is indecipherable. Assume all your shit has been zero day’d. Even your car bluetooth’s up to your phone which immediately hacks your car. Encryption is well, sure the encryption is good but they’re just reading everything because they have full access to the app. Also assume everyone’s gossiping to everyone so you have to learn compartmentalisation. Who gets to know what and how trusted can they be with that intel. Stay away from drug users. They get onto their second bag of blow of whatever and its just blah blah blah and you’re done. They’re a liability. Also don’t dress loud. No logos. No fancy sneakers. Look boring. Sensible haircut. No tattoos. You want to blend into the scenery.Follow me for more espionage tips!

>>524116416Yeah nobody listened to that guy and he is forgotten. Things just got worse. To whatever poor analyst has to lurk /pol/, hey how’s it going? I hope you’re having a good shift. Do know that none of the advice anybody gives in this thread will ever be put into play. Its doubtful anybody’s even reading it.
