>>
>>524117961
Russian ship insurance already jumped 250%, soon none but Russian government will insure those ships

Russian shadow fleet already sails uninsured retard. They even use inland (river) ships on open sea kek. A bunch of them sunk early this year, 1 broke in half lmao
>>
they'll probably cut off ukraine to all naval traffic. the problem is, it'll mean they'll need to hit ships of many nations, but since america is taking chinese ships right now, i don't think anyone will care too much. they've hit 4 merchants from turkey in the past couple of weeks, so....

maybe, maybe not. they seem to be hitting the port in odessa more and more (though they always hit it). russia eventually got around to actually hitting ukrainian power plants in earnest fairly recently in response to attacks on oil facilities, so it seems like escalation for russia lags a bit, but it can happen.

since china isn't doing anything with their ships being taken, the same with turkey and theirs being hit, i can't see anyone caring if russia starts hitting merchants headed towards ukraine. they probably only need to hit a handful to stop them all.

Year ago two of their tankers crashed on their own. Without involvement of ukrainians. Because they used it in a sea, while they were meant only for river. One tanker suffered minor damage, while another broke in half. At moment, it was transporting heavy fuel oil (mazut). Their (Russia) Black Sea beaches became indeed black.

Like decade prior, when there was another incident with oil spillage, goverment quickly organized relief works. This was not the case this time. Response came slowly. At first, came some volunteers.

>No they werent river tankers faggot shill and they hit each other.

Look it up. Those were. Also were more than 50 years old.
Pretty sure captains of those vessels said that it is dumb, but their superiors forced to do it anyway.

"Volga" is literal river in Russia. "Volgoneft" means as "volga-oil".

That event would be hilarious, it was not ecological disaster. Showing yet another case of russian negligence.

You faggots will tell any lie you can think up. Pretty much proving you are sick faggots pretending to be women.

>Volgoneft refers to a series of oil tankers designed in the Soviet Union, primarily built for transporting oil and fuel between Russian refineries and ports. These tankers were constructed from the 1960s to the 1990s and are known for their mixed navigation capabilities, allowing them to operate in both rivers and coastal waters.

Read it one more time. Pay attention of "coastal waters".
It was not meant for fuken SEA.
That what they describe as "storm", we have now it every third day. And ships continue to sail in Baltics without much issues. Because those are meant to be used in a fuken SEA.

between what two seas does the kerch strait lie and how would these non-oceangoing vessels have arrived at the kerch strait without transiting either sea?

and where did they come from and where were they going, that they needed to transit the strait?

could they perhaps have been exporting russian oil by transiting the kerch strait to head out to the mediterannean sea through the dardenelles?

you are so fucking dumb.

or actually no, you are not dumb at all. you are just very, very malicious. you are an evil fucking liar justifying crimes against humanity solely for the purpose of inflating your own ego because you do not give a shit about anything or anyone other than yourself and the most important thing to you is feeling superior to others.

They did it like hundreds of kilometers from Kerch Strait. Also they did not collide. They both got issues independently from each other.

>One Russian source stated that Volgoneft-212 was unfit for service in sea conditions with waves more than 2.5 metres (8 ft 2 in) high. In seas any higher than 2.5 metres, waves could lift her fore and aft, and leave her unsupported amidships, which could cause her structural damage. On the morning of 15 December 2024, a storm caught Volgoneft-212 and one of her sister ships, Volgoneft-239, in the Black Sea just south of the Kerch Strait.
>a storm caught Volgoneft-212 and one of her sister ships, Volgoneft-239, in the Black Sea

why was a ship made for coastal waters in the black sea?
>>
>>524128259
Ok, lets do it one more time.
It was december. They needed to move that fuel, likely because some powerplants needed it. Instead of using proper tankers, they decided to go to use river tankers. Proper tankers probably were busy by transporting oil to Saudi Arabia, or for another reasons.
Some SLIGHT worsening of weather, increased load on those vessels and they suffered failure. One of which, was that their vessel broke in half.

Just.Go.And.Read.It.By.Yourself.
>>
>>524128448
It was off the coast faggot shill

>>
>>524117553
It's amazing how that one small trick has pretty much ended Russian shadow fleet. No shipping company accepts their business anymore.
>>
>>524128605
>it was off the coast
it was unprotected open ocean, not coastal waters. that's how they got caught in a storm. coastal waters doesn't mean "near the coast" it means "coastal conditions" i.e. not open ocean where there are big storms.

because, for example, coastal ships aren't built to take big waves like you get in open ocean. let's have a look, shall we?
>According to iStories, the wave height limit for Volgoneft-212 in the Kerch Strait was 2 metres (6.6 ft) and Volgoneft-239's was 1.5 metres (4.9 ft) 1.5 meters.[17]
you know where you don't find big waves? coastal waters. you know where you do find them? in the open ocean, immediately after transiting a strait into the black sea. and you'll never
guess
what
happened.

hmm, let's look a bit closer even
>They further reported that, according to the certifications held by both ships, neither were allowed in the Kerch Strait during December, with restrictions in place for travel in November should wind speed and wave height limits be met.[17]
hmmmmmm
>Volgoneft-239 had had its licence suspended on 30 November, and thus should not have been at sea.[10][17]
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
>>
>>524128647
>These tankers were constructed from the 1960s to the 1990s and are known for their mixed navigation capabilities, allowing them to operate in both rivers and coastal waters.
one of them literally was not allowed to be at sea at all in any form because its license was revoked.
>>
>>524128647
>Another possible cause of the accident was also mentioned: excessive storm load on the hulls of the tankers, which were built in the early 80s and designed as river tankers with limited access to coastal waters - only in good weather.

>limited access to coastal waters

Do you really read links which you have posted? Like, actually.
>>
>>524128647
firstly, the ships were originally only designed for rivers and were reclassified later in the 90s for limited coastal use
>Mash reported that both ships were reclassified some time in the 1990s from purely riverine traffic to river and maritime use.[14]

secondly, the ships were banned from the Kerch Strait for the entirety of December as conditions exceeded their design limits
>They further reported that, according to the certifications held by both ships, neither were allowed in the Kerch Strait during December, with restrictions in place for travel in November should wind speed and wave height limits be met.[17]

thirdly, one of the ships was unregistered and shouldn't have been at sea at all
>Volgoneft-239 had had its licence suspended on 30 November, and thus should not have been at sea.[10][17]

fourthly, these ships were decades past their service life anyway and probably shouldn't have been operating at all, let alone beyond their original design specs in conditions beyond even the reclassified specs in places they were banned from operating in.
>Izvestia reported that both tankers should have been decommissioned 10–15 years prior to the incident as they have a service life of between 30 and 40 years.

fifth, you said the ships collided. that was a lie. you were referring to a different incident involving different ships that occurred in 2023, you fucking liar.

what actually happened is these ships, rated for only 2m waves, sailed to a place they weren't allowed to be in conditions they weren't designed for and got his with 3.6m waves and, predictably, got fucking owned.

and all of this happened because russia is a fucking shithole that runs on ancient equipment and doesn't enforce its own laws. of course shit breaks when it's old and being used outside of its design capabilities. but you know who does that? desperate people.

lmao

fucking idiot, kill yourself.

That part of cannibalism? Or sea container?

Would not pay much attention to cannibalism. Likely isolated cases.
With sea containers, it could be interesting. As those are not cheap. If not mistaken, cost 3k USD used. And it is roughly one month salary of one zigger.

If they deploy those containers at distance say 300m from each other, it can be used as kind of resupply points and shelters. Then ziggers would need to run just 300m, to deliver goods, till they can be somehow safe. Later, another 300m, and later another.
Get several such lines which leads to front lines, and resupply operations became a bit safer.
