China's economy is on the ropes and their critical demographic issues mean that they have no way of sustaining the cheap labour prices and production output that allowed them to dominate manufacturing.
However, Indian has severe cultural issues that cause systemic corruption, nepotism, lawlessness, lack of work ethic and generalized incompetence that have prevented them from being competitive in manufacturing and will continue to prevent them from ever being competitive, no matter how much money and governmental from the west they might receive.
As the China ship sinks, companies looking for cheap labour are shifting to SEA, nobody is taking India seriously.
