Vegetarian and balanced diets are designed to cause baldness by creating protein deficiencies. Hair follicles are entirely composed of protein. If you’re bald then you are a genetic dead end by choice alone. Stop drinking, stop doing drugs, stop using shampoo, and get on carnivore. Gently massage your scalp when washing it and take hot showers to stimulate blood flow. You won’t do any of this because of learned helplessness though.
