This is not like urban poverty, where niggers in Detroit have 500 different resource organizations and millionaire residents that contribute to tax projects. Southern poverty is really something you need to see to believe, there are areas of Louisiana that actually look like third world countries. They have no high-roller residents to help with funding hospitals or roadways or education. People lean heavily on religion because they're less educated, and in those places churches/parishes ironically are the backbone of education via schools and social safety (food, donations, shelters). Its a very desperate and depressing place to be. The rest of country does not understand how different it is from urban "poverty", which is really just nigger welfare baiting. They technically are genetic dead ends because their children will live in the same cycle unless they move to at least a suburban area with jobs and community colleges.
