If companies can import labor from abroad then without minimum wage, this leads to slave labor and mass replacement of the native population. All jobs, regardless of hours worked, should be required to supply 90% paid for health insurance to all employees. Ontop of that any employee on a visa must come with a 100k annual tax. If any employer is found to have undocumented labor then the owners, and board memebers, and csuit executives all go to federal max security prison for a minimum of 50 years.
