I have never had to see some lib shit judge disregard common sense and issue a bullshit ruling that flies in the face of common sense. Sometimes, they HAVE to follow a law, enacted by the legislature and their hands are tied. They cannot break the law to be "tough" All that does is guarantee a win on appeal. Thats the situation, frequently, in family law courts. The entire scheme enacted by legislatures - making a judge decide how to break a family and marriage and childnre - is retarded, so retarded outcomes are inevitable. But even then the judges usually get it right. Its the fucking legislators/legislatures that are the real problem.Some states seem to have shitlib activist judges. Mine doesn't seem to have many.
