So apparently Massachusetts just decided in home care workers are exempt from state and federal income tax...

So this is where we are? Some people are gonna be exempt from taxes while the rest of us pay? I'm fucking livid.

Also the sugar on top is most of these care assistants are live in. They get free housing, don't have to pay the bills, and now they don't have to pay taxes. What the fuck.

if you're so livid maybe you need to become independently wealthy. you can have a 2 million dollar portfolio and not pay a penny in federal long-term capital gains so long as you slowly sell over time.

Yes they have low pay, but their jobs is low skilled ass wiping.

They also get free lodging and no bills of they are live in.

I did some research and I can't find a profession that's ever been carved out of tax obligations other than income level.

What's next? Having cops and bus drivers exempt from taxes? While some retard running a Etsy/eBay account gets audited?

Either we all get taxed or we all don't get taxed.

I know US states could defy federal laws, such as legalising Marijuana, but I'm surprised to find they can defy taxation laws too since I'd imagine the IRS to be a bit stricter in its enforcement.

Employees don't pay income tax. Employers do.
The only thing this will achieve is kike companies not giving them a raise. Healthcare workers won't make a single cent more money, companies will just stop having to pay taxes after them.
