This is the shot that Detective Senior Constable Cesar Barraza of the Sydney police made to take down one of the shooters at Bondi Beach. So slightly elevated position, with say any hand gun you want in 9mm

I had a coworker do this with a .40 S&W back in the aughties when a guy was trying to shoot him with a rifle.

In the video it doesn't seem like he's mag dumping either. Looks like 2 or 3 shots to get a disable type wound on the shooter, if I'm not mistaken someone else came in for the kill from like 15ft. I think the got 2 or 3 returns too
