Gen Z has literally no idea how insane the old internet truly was.The 90s were wild in there own way if knew how to look.Government spooks not privatizing domains and people could casually find websites within classified information if you knew where to look.I want to specifically mention old Youtube. This youtube prior to globohomo buying it out to turn it into a propaganda mouthpiece. I dont think you guys truly understand how absolutely insane old youtube truly was. It had layers that makes Elsagate look tame in comparison. When you peeled back the layers of people recording "going to the zoo" or "random silly videos" you could just let youtube keep playing and if you let it play long enough youd go to some pretty dark places pretty quickly. You might see someone getting tortured, people leaking military documents, snuff, cheese pizza, etc.The two things that stuck out the most to me are these ancient videos of some dude using his camcorder to record his TV. On the TV is obviously deep underground bases that look like mini cities. The video quality of the videos on the screen seem like late 80s early 90s and there isnt any sound its just a first person view of someone walking from the desert into a giant hollowed out cavern. You see the Bechtel nuclear boring machines, various rooms and its from the perspective like the person recording was hiding the camera in their jacket or some way.The second thing that you would see on old youtube given you let it auto play long enough is the human trafficking videos. It was almost always eastern european showing adult women tied up with blindfolds and every once in a while a bunch of girl/boys that looked around 5 to 10 years old in the same condition.I dont have any screen caps from old youtube at the time because I was like 16 and didnt think about the absolute insanity I was witnessing.I am sure other old retards like me on 4chins can share some stories of old youtube or the old web in general
