Didn't the feds pass laws making gay marriage legal when it became apparent after Row Vs Wade got overthrown that gay marriage wasn't fucking safe? Or did I imagine that? Either way, nuking gay marriage would be a huge shitshow in terms of legal nightmare. States like California which passed gay marriage bans over the will of the DNC party that runs the state with an iron fist would refuse to acknowledge gay marriage being overturned and you'd have all sorts of nightmare scenarios where the fall out would take decades to untangle.
