Hmmmm....
Now why would military designated small aircraft be transporting children around....
Doesn't seem like this flight was being used for things that are "official military business" or training; at best, that's some higher up's kid who shouldn't have really been there (someone using there pull to turn military assets into their family's personal chauffeur), at worst and because Mexico is riddled with cartel traffickers (and especially in the military and government) ....
