My mom likes to "give" to people, like money or try to "help" people a lot, and she's very woke/left leaning. Basically trying to play the "good guy" kind of vibe. I don't have anything wrong with people getting help, but maybe the way she portrays it/subtly brags about it tilts me the wrong way.
