No one is going to Mars. The whole mission would be longer than any other space mission ever attempted, and if the astronauts even land safely on Mars, they wouldn't be able to do anything. ISS astronauts are carried on stretchers after they land and require weeks of physical therapy in order to even be able to walk again.
