If a woman has a child while she's young, her body can keep having children for decades. Having a child at 37 isn't a problem for a woman who already has children. It is a problem for those trying to have one for the first time.

My mom was 38 and my dad was 40 when they had me, that's pretty late, but I'm their final child, they had two kids before me. Nowadays, most pregnancies happen around 30-something, which is quite late, especially when it usually means only having one child.
