We need to consider and evaluate whether OpenAI act of buying up ram chips that are currently available and 40% of fab output for the next several years is even legal or permissible due to the difficulties it creates for military procurement.

As far as I’m concerned it should have never been allowed and it’s preposterous. As for the companies/fabs that struck this deal, either you back out or we will make your lives and your executives and shareholders boards as difficult and dangerous as possible.

Decide now if you want to have a future or if you want your future annihilated.
