most of peoples problems are gut related, 80-90% of the vegus nerve is afferent, meaning it sends signals from your organs to your brain. use ai with deep research function and learn about fasting. stop thinking of food as energy and instead as hormonal instructions. lost 15lbs of visceral fat in a week (36 hour and 72 hour fast,) stopped over consuming sugar/carbohydrates (heavily restricting them) and started eating vegetables willingly (haven't touched them in over a decade.) fasting made me tired, fixed my sleep schedule, now I do intermittent fasting with an 18 hour window between my last and first meal (6 hours to feast.) mood improved, body improved, stopped looking at porn, stopped jerking off (once a week now)

I'm not one of those "just lift" /f/ags but there is truth to it. stop treating your body like shit and you will improve in all aspects, no one wants to talk to a self-loathing woe-is-me loser.
