A former citrus heights California police officer who was fired after only 2 months and claimed the department and the police chief were racist has been arrested for killing his girlfriends 7 year old daughter in their rental home in roseville California. His family says Retuquel Dupree is not capable of doing anything of this nature and says he loved them all dearly. In october the couple was arrested for grand theft, gun possession in public and conspiracy. Retuquel Dupree pleaded for public sympathy that the police were racist and hes a good guy and a role model for the black community.
