Boys without stable dads become losers or criminals, girls without dads become sluts.2. economic opportunity. Most people naturally want to work to improve their lives. This has been demonstrated across all social science disciplines. If you give some white hillbilly town the access to blue collar labor (the mill or the mine), they WILL work to feed their family and improve their lives. The same can be done for black towns/cities: some can work UPS, others at Amazon warehouses, while others can work trades.3. Education. Some poor white and black folks can cut it at school. Some can go to college, while others can go into trades. You start off slow, then over generations they can move on to higher and higher skilled work.4. drug control. I rly don't know what to do here. Overtime with opportunity, things will improve, but what to do in the meanwhile I do not now.5. This goes for both poor white and black families (anyone rly), but those who can move out of shitty towns and cities and into suburbs should do so. The schools are better and the towns are less drug infested. There are plenty of decent and affordable suburbs out there. Moving is key to getting your family out of a bad place and into something better.This has worked for every impoverished population across the world. Not everyone will go to Harvard, but you can take a population with shitty statistics and make those stats better. This improves their lives, our lives, and America.
