Maybe she was about to expose how nasty the for profit prisons are, but then it turns out they're owned by jewish dudes. Is that the case?

Who owns those private prisons that lobby the government to put citizens in them purely to fulfil quotas? How many of these groups lobbied government to affect some of the recent attacks on hemp/cbd? They prefer people get arrested for smoking weed, not covertly smoke it from a cute little USB device without anyone knowing.
