What if instead of increasing birth rates we give human rights to dogs and give them checks for doing work and take out taxes from their checks. They can do things like police dogs and stuff. Same with cattle. Make cows human citizens and give them checks for making milk and turning into burgers and deduct the taxes from those checks. It’s literally a win win. You tell the cow it has to save its money in the bank. Then after it turns into burger the government takes its checks away. GDP will rocket
