He was actually America's most wanted man during the 90's, the pubic just didn't know about it. Additionally, we know the identities of the plane highjackers, and Bin Laden claimed responsibility for the attack (and explained the reason he attacked America was because of US troops in Saudi Arabia and America's support of Israel)
>>524240093I don't think it was done by our people.I think there were branches and people in our government, particularly the FBI and CIA that knew an attack of that magnitude was being planned and let it happen so that they could get more funding to fund anti terrorism initiatives. If there was an outside country that was plotting against us I would say the UK Russia China or Israel. Any of those countries would've had vested interests in breaking American hegemony.
