>>524293958The text trick only works on pdfs that were processed incorrectly and didn't strip OCR/searchable image metadata before the redaction step. There is no equivalent for images. The way people are getting these unredacted images is many of the images redacted in this release were parts of previous data dumps/FOIA releases or they were just publicly available photos that individual people recognize and have reposted.
