I'm not gonna shit in the river
Don't you have like a lot of jeets shitting in the river
>>
>>524302775
how about you pick one and post just that
>>
>>524302793
From my colleagues, that's more of a problem in Canada than the US (not joking). When I was still in the employ of the department, we mostly focused on overfishing, conservation, and exotic smuggling. Truthfully, I couldn't tell you why they asked us to monitor the board. I just followed orders. But pooping in the river is definitely unsanitary and also hazardous to the wildlife
>>
>>524302775
Okay, just your butthole then. So we know it's really you.

More often it was Chinese nationals or visa-holders overfishing. But yes, occasionally we would intercept people trying to introduce invasive species. We always suspected it was part of an official CCP biological/ecological warfare program but could never confirm it

Have you ever shot a trout?
What do you consider the superior species of bear?
Are bald eagles really in danger?
Can I legally launch a genocide of grey squirrels to restore habitat to the cuter and far more intelligent red squirrel?
How many skin-walkers have you seen?
Is it true that black folx are afraid of grasshoppers?
Does hippopotamus meat taste like chicken?
What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever seen a snake do?
Which would win a fair fight between a coyote and a fox?
Is it legal to hunt with you bear hands?
What animals are most liable to not respect human authority?
Why do I sometimes see dozens of skunks one year and then none for several years after? Are they migratory, like butterflies?
Have you ever stumbled upon a satanic mass deep innawoods?
I have several more questions after you finish answering all of those.
>>
>>524304298
Unfortunately that's more of a local politics issue, maybe the EPA, than USFWS. We could theoretically get involved if future evidence showed downstream effects on federal trust resources but as of now, this looks like a state-led public health crisis, not a wildlife conservation one

Great question. Yes, they are a very real issue in America and dumping one into your local waterway is actually a crime now in many places. I never dealt with the topic personally but I knew people involved in efforts to eradicate them and prevent them from spreading

Honey Smacks are the preferred source of wheat.
Speaking of which, I’m trying to figure something out, and you guys are the only people I trust.
Is it just me, or did they stop making Honey Smacks? For the longest time, I could only find that crappy Post brand with the bear mascot. I can’t remember what the Post version is called. But I simply could not find Himey Smacks forever. And now they’re suddenly back. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining…I’m thrilled to have my Honey Smacks back. So, my question is, did anyone else experience this?
This also gives me hope that Bali Blue rolling tobacco will come back in its original form.
Golden Crisp sucks in comparison. It’s nowhere near as good as Honey Smacks.

The one that still cracks me up happened up in northern Montana. We got a tip about a guy illegally trapping lynx for the fur trade. We set up surveillance on his property for weeks, freezing our asses off in a makeshift blind. Finally, we decide to raid the place at dawn; kick in the door, rifles up, yelling search warrant this search warrant that. And what do we find? This old-timer in his PJs, surrounded by about 30 live Canada lynx in his living room. The cats are everywhere: on the couch, the fridge, one’s even got his reading glasses. Funniest damn thing I've ever seen on a raid.

Turns out, he wasn’t selling the fur… he thought he was “rescuing” them. He was borderline retarded, but we didn't know that at the time. The smell was terrible, too.

Took us two days and three animal rescues to "rehome" all those pissed-off felines. Guy got cited for illegal possession, but we kinda felt bad writing the ticket.

As for the money, don’t kid yourself, nobody gets into federal wildlife law enforcement to get rich.

There's no shortage of places like that in the US. Idaho or Wyoming would be a safe bet, Alaska maybe if you're feeling adventurous. Pennsylvania I know also has a fuckton of deer the state government is desperate to cull, so if you find a remote place there you would be set for life probably.

Generally, we would never deal with horses, even if they're wild. The only reason we would interfere was if they were somehow impacting the local ecosystem.

Yeah, we have a conspiracy the introduction of small mouth bass in the NB/NS/PEI area was done to kill the lobster, their starting to go upstream and out compete all the fish, and fuck shit up.
We may or may not have an un-official small mouth bass genocide in place in our community.

Also I have a pet fox, if i gave him a wool blanket for his nest would he use it, or just attack me for going near. We're homies, he follows me around.

Its literally less time and less bullshit to just do time for murder versus deer jacking.
>>524310232
One day the small mouth bass will come for your lobster fisheries in Maine, probably in 10-15 years. Their around PEI now and are going inland more, as I previously mentioned.

Also salmon up north is an issue, they actually had people from Alaska go to different communities in the NWT/YK to talk about it last summer.
And expect ANWR to be an issue in the near future with the drilling issues.

NS has an overpopulation of white tail deer thats leading to an overpopulation of coyotes that is probably why they never found any traces of those two kids.
>>
>>524309378
You ever find weird fucking shit in the woods.

We found what looked to be a bear torture stand, with a skull/carcass chained to the tree, a shooting platform above, then a piece of plywood with 50 evenly spaced 3.5" screws facing out about 6'high with a meat bag attachment above it,
Scared shitless there was caltrops or other traps we didnt see.

Also how common are wire traps in your AO, obviously dont say "where" you are, but once every 5,10 years?

Have you ever learned something here and applied it in life, or do you do the containment of radical thought compartmentization.

Merry Christmas, glow-nigger
>>
>>524309378
Merry Christmas, glowbro.
Were you just watching the replay of the Diaz-McGregor rematch on ESPNNews?

Anyway, I have a question. I live in a nice suburb of Omaha near a major rail line that seems to be a conduit of irregular wildlife migration over the last 10 years. We've always had squirrels, possums, and even some disturbingly large groundhogs, but a few years ago deer started roaming around our neighborhood, jumping fences to go from yard to yard. This lasted for a couple years and then wild turkeys showed up and have been flourishing. Families with 4-6 kids are commonly seen pecking around, eating the bugs, and when they get bigger, occasionally flying up and walking around on our rooftops. After our last snowfall I found some of their tracks so I know they're still around, but last week something really weird happened.

Around 2:45AM one night I had to take a dump, so I was sitting in the upstairs bathroom next to the window that faces the direction of the rail tracks, and I heard a fucking pack of coyotes calling out. It was loud. I know that sound because I used to hear them every night around 3AM when I was working on a farm in the middle of nowhere in Arizona.
So my question is this: What prey would the coyotes be following and how the heck would they go so far as to end up in an Omaha suburb?
>>
What's up fellow fed land bro? Come to the USFS and write tickets to off roaders and homeless people too lazy to hide that they're homeless. Nevermind that our LEO patrol officers max out at GS9.

>>524310506
What are you talking about? Law enforcement doesn't work on commission. Some agencies don't even keep the money from any tickets their officers write.

>>524308936
USFWS monitoring us isn't the worst use of taxpayer money, because it's a worthless endeavor, instead of actively hostile. Every dollar spent checking innawoods threads for illegal fishing is a dollar that isn't spent on welfare for Venezuelan gangs. So I don't mind. USFWS can false flag us even. IDGAF. It helps accelerate the collapse by about two seconds.

OP, what kinds of threads/posting were they most interested in?
Illegal fishing to escape the hamster wheel?
Poaching wildlife? (We'll stick to deer because they are vermin. Doesn't seem like something the Feds would care about)
Innawoods squatting?
Illegally releasing fish? (FWIW I have never seen an anon talk about this)
Something I am missing?

What is the best way to get ON the list?
