It's a little past 4:00am in NYC on Christmas morning. The city has not been festive at all. I see more homeless on the streets since Zohran won the election. There's more assaults and people stoned as fuck on the streets. I just heard gunshots across the highway from my apartment. None of this was common in my neighborhood until 2020.Anyway, our soon to be mayor has just appointed some creature as fire commissioner. What is that thing?I did not vote for this. But half a million liberal transplants did. They've been slowly destroying this city for the past 25 years. I wish they'd all move back to Boulder or whatever blue dot in a red state they are from.

The playbook is so routine. Homeless, garbage everywhere, petty theft, some street shitting. Increased taxes which don't actually drive enough of the wealthy out that ny can't just borrow more money to make up for it. He'll get reelected twice by a slightly less margin each time. Honestly, it'll hurt the blacks and Latinos the most.
