>>524322721Yes he will win again, Gypsies voting for the Gypsy and they are majority now. He has the constitutional power to simply invalidate election results anyway. He gave himself legal power to bypass parliament by executive orders too. He declared martial law in 2022 and it is beyond me why nobody is aware of this, even in Hungary. Well the 100% media control doesn't help I guess.

>>524322721The only way the opposition can remove him for good is by getting a 2/3 majority over him, which is currently not very possible. He recently said, that he's thinking about declaring himself the president of the republic, the de jure highest office in Hungarian politics, so even if his party loses and they can no longer nominate him as prime minister, he can still remain in politics as the president of the republic, because they can't vote him out from that position. Currently, the president only has nominal powers, but Orbán wants to extend those powers in case he loses the election, so he could simply veto every proposal made by a non-supermajority government. No matter what happens after the April election, he'll remain in power for at least another 6 months, which is more than enough for him rewrite the constitution with his 2/3 majority, give all the power he wants to the president's office, then simply elect himself as president, so when the opposition government takes power, he'll be able to sabotage their work from his new office and they wouldn't be able to remove him without a supermajority. The fact that he now openly talks about having presidental ambitions prover that this is his Plan B.
