Constitutional authority granted to we the people necessitates, legally, the expulsion and unprejudiced ending of threats foreign and domestic, therefore the militias are legally free to engage actual enemies of the USA. Anyone who says otherwise is committing treason. Who then is responsible for legally defining the enemies of the USA? Trump? The Supreme Court? Even if they contradict the constitution? Legally speaking, no, not even the supreme court can contradict the constitution.
