Well...its true you cant just hire losers who have been on unemployment assistance for a long time. You cant just pick a random schmuck whos getting unemployment and put him on the assembly line of a chip factory. You want desquarius johnston or le-sha queefton building your chips? Should the laid off call center loser get a $30/hr assembly line job? I dont think they should import workers, i fully believe in setting up an education and training regiment for these new plants. But they wont do that until the factory is staffed with imports first.
