So what is your family doing for Christmas dinner? I find this a fascinating topic, sometimes it has religious significance, we're doing lamb, I'm told because Jesus was lamb of God. Italians do fish and seafood because Jesus was a fisherman. My grandma used to love doing the Hawaiian Christmas ham with the maraschino cherry and canned pineapple on the outside!

I eat normal food since Christmas is just another jewish payday in East Asia

I’m making a 9lb rib eye roast. I’m going to coat the outside with whole grain mustard. I think it’s going to be pretty tasty.

I made a brisket. We are eating in 4 hours so it's in the cooler waiting until go time.
Everyone else is bringing other food and meat so even if it's bad we are covered.

Even when I was a kid we didn’t have turkey for Christmas. It was prime rib, always. We have turkey out of obligation for thanksgiving, but in reality it sucks.

Pork tenderloin butterflied and filled with stuffing and then topped with blueberry reduction. Roast veggies. Riced potatoes with spicy cheese sauce.

I didn’t know it was a traditional Christmas dinner over there. I thought turkeys were native to the Americas.

People do still eat turkey for Christmas, but to a much lesser extents. Poor whites eat ham, other whites eat prime rib, and Mexicans eat tamales so that they have something to unwrap.

Spaghetti and meatballs. Later room temperature Busch lite, an edible and bf6/warzone/r6 siege with my annoying faggoty friends that I don't like. Most of my family is dead and my friends all suck. I've been in relationships with women and realized I don't want those anymore because it's nothing but drama. So basically just me eating spaghetti and getting drunk.

Prime rib roast, au jus from the roast, homemade horseradish sauce, yorkshire pudding, hasselback potatoes, greenbean almondine, and a selection of pies for desert this year. Most years for christmas we do a roast of some sort but some years in the past we've done turkey or ham.

I would love to do a goose but they are very expensive to buy from the market if you’re not willing to go hunt one yourself.
>>
>>524331323
Why only noodles, you dirty commie?
>>
>>524332916
That sounds pretty nice. My mom was close friends with a Swedish woman and she would always serve pickled herring around Christmas. I was very surprised how much I liked it.
>>
>>524330035
Went down to the park and got a free goose.
>>
>>524333258
Yeah it is expensive but they look and taste fantastic. Turkey just can't compete everything ends up tasting richer because of the fat

I’m in total agreement, turkey is not as good. I tell you what anon, next year I’ll make a goose just for you.
