VOLTAIRE TEST (plug-and-play): detect institutional bad faith with math

Define a harm metric M (rent, overdoses, crime, wait times, deficit).
Find at least one direct fix A that would reduce it: ∂M/∂A < 0.

Now define the “management package” P they push (programs, agencies, taxes, committees).
In practice P expands when the harm stays high: dP/dM > 0.

If a group claims they want M but:
(1) blocks A, and
(2) pushes P,
then their revealed objective is not M. It’s keep M high enough to justify P.

Formal:
If ∂M/∂A < 0 and dP/dM > 0 and Oppose(A)=1 and Support(P)=1
prefer P over M (no mind-reading required).

How to use:
1) Write M.
2) List 2–5 A options (direct, measurable).
3) List P (the “we’re helping” package).
4) Watch actions: block A + grow P = incentive loop.

Bonus (conversation dodge math):
You say “mechanism m”. They answer “tone/identity e”.
Let A_m + A_e = 1 (attention on mechanism vs emotion).
Dodge is A_e1 (they talk about you, not m).

if officials frame a gap around ~$2.3B, then any package should be judged on whether it reduces that metric or merely expands the management layer around it. Reporting has described a ~$2.3B shortfall framing in WA budget talk. Separately, the “9.9% over $1M” income tax idea and ~$3B/year estimate has been reported in the region. Those are exactly the kinds of numbers that let normal people do the derivative test without ideology: define M, list A’s, list P’s, then watch what gets blocked versus funded.

I used to do this. Find a way to complete their said goal (end homeless for example) and if I could but not have all the cost/waste/harm, they will reject it. The mass homelessness IS the purpose, thats why billions is funneled into contracts for it. Its big business, and I was trying to end that.

Its not about "preventing babies being born who arent wanted".

....its about murdering a baby on an altar.

This one always astounds me. How could any rational person not see that people who would be affected by this will simply move to a state that isnt directly attempt to rape them in the ass? And at the same time losing any potential gains that amount of wealth brings, directly and indirectly, into your system.
