Even in the 1-2 busy areas like around Park Ave and nearby avenues you see masses of people shuffling around but heading nowhere. The entire drive I only saw 2 bars, both Irish Pubs that catered to retired boomers with heavy pockets. The only other busy spot were the Asian eateries, saw tons of Asians hanging around there to get their slop food but there was no soul.If you never saw NYC in it's peak 20-30 years ago you would have no clue. Christmas night in Astoria, Queens was fucking amazing back then, dozens and dozens of bars and nightclubs, drinks flowing and hot chicks everywhere. Now NYC looks like shithole 3rd world boring ass town, anyone that goes there expecting fun nightlife is a fucking idiot, Saudi Arabia has a better nightlife than that fucking place nowadays
