Leftists typically come from cities where efficiency and removing traffic is more important.You're talking about city slickers vs rural / suburban people, they grow up in an environment where it actually IS bad to have large trucks and minivans all over the road, and where their cities get covered in smog from pollution and cars and gas stoves.So many leftist issues actually are real because a city environment is supposed to be more efficient and streamlined, but to get access to that efficiency you have to give up some autonomy. The bus comes at 3 and will take you to X area. If you don't do that you have to walk or pay out the ass for a cab. You can't have a gas stove, your apartment complex would need 200 of them and you'd all be breathing in pilot light fumes from your neighbors all day.I don't know, the emotional reaction is no longer there for me. If public transport works well it's a dream, when /pol/ sees old ypipo trains that are orderly it's an ARYAN dream utopia. It's just the browns and collapsing society that are the problem, not the trains and busses.
