SANCTUARY SENATORS
SOMBRERO SENATORS
BUT NOT TOO BRIGHT ON SOLAR

That’s a BAR. That’s the whole Washington state legislature summary.

“We’ll posture about immigration ALL DAY but plug-in solar? Never heard of her. Utah figured it out? Germany’s been doing it for years? Nah we got more sanctuary city press releases to write.”

They got time for the theater that gets them clout with their base but a boring practical “let people plug in a solar panel” bill? Nah. Too useful. Not enough headlines. Doesn’t play at fundraisers.

Not too bright on solar.

Your senators could be enabling energy independence for regular people but they’re too busy with the sombrero shit.

sitting at the lake cabin like “I just want to plug in a panel” and the beer cracks are like “have you considered a sanctuary city proclamation instead?”
