How do we quantify intelligence? I know stupid people exist and struggle at learning and at making the right decisions and at reasoning and many other things. I know their capacity is forever limited such that everything will take them longer and be harder to do while smart people can do stupid things and appear stupid but they can do better and when they apply themselves they learn way faster. I want to create a society where all the stupid people are stopped from breeding one way or another and only the intelligent reproduce... I also know that simply stopping inferior races from reproducing is 99% of the problem but I'm still concerned about that last 1% of trying to keep the white race hygienic. I'd make four categories of people: "Do not breed" aka it would be immoral for them to shit up the genepool with their genes like the severely disabled. "They can breed if they want to but we won't incentivize it" aka average people. "They should be incentivized to breed" aka above average people. Finally "they must be bred" aka geniuses. I think we're pretty good at identifying the drooling vegetable retard types but everything else might be harder to distinguish. For me personally I'd consider someone highly intelligent who just has certain personality characteristics that I think correspond with it. Like a burning curiosity, open-mindedness, a strong and organic interest in philosophy or another field that filters out the retards, high impulse control, good problem solving skills, understands more than one viewpoint and can compare and contrast them, a quick learner, benevolence, free speech absolutist, having depth of knowledge in one or more fields instead of just surface level understanding, initiating tasks without prompting, etc. I think there are many variables that indicate an intelligent person. How do we sort people though by intelligence effectively and create a society where the most intelligent thrive and multiply and the least are the ones that die out?
