You know what having a penis feels like, your skeletal structure, your hormones, all of these little details that culminate your into male form. It is impossible to conceive what it would be like to not have these attributes, what it would be like to feel something... else. That sexual obsession over that unknowable reality is autogynephilia. Every interaction with others becomes intertwined with this fetish. Every time I have an interaction with a woman, I imagine what it would feel like to be her, to inhabit her body. People with AGP know that what they desire is impossible because it requires changing your body on a molecular level, which raises the question of "at what point are YOU no longer YOU." To please yourself you indulge your imagination by mimicking your fantasy: someone with AGP might cross dress, while someone who wants to have sex with aliens might buy a tentacle dildo. To be transgendered is in an entirely different realm compared to AGP or other fetishes. The transgendered fetish is societal acceptance, it's forcing others to capitulate to your desires, accepting them as normal. Transgenderism has the same internal element as AGP with an external component. That external component makes it cancerous, and it spreads rapidly.

Modern Western thought exists as a series of increasingly complex abstractions. All feelings are suspected of having an origin that needs to be identified, labeled, and categorized within their existing psychological system. If it can not, then the system collapses. This is why they have to do mental gymnastics. If you say being transgendered is something abnormal, then being gay is abnormal, then miscegenation is abnormal, then feminism is abnormal, and so on. These concepts are all structurally similar and rely on each other to coexist. By not including all things which are abnormal in to their psychological system, they accidentally reveal that the whole thing is fake, so they are forced to accept anything that poses a threat.
