If I got particularly dirty or overheated at work, I'll shower right when I get home. On a normal day or weekend, I shower like an hour before bed. I guess a shower wakes some people up, and that has never been my experience, but when you think of the other practical things like not bringing all that dirtiness into your bed I'd say just grab a fucking energy drink or something
