Someone borrows 100 dollars. The FED prints 100 dollars and give it to the bank who lend it out (yes it is this stupid).But how are you going to pay interest on the loan? Think about it. If you borrow 100 dollars with say 5 % interest the minimum amount you have to pay the bank is 100+5 dollars or the borrowed sum plus interest.This will only work If you continuously borrow money. You can’t pay back more money than exist.
