Why do they not want us to consume menthol products? Its the only "flavor" banned in America.

Because its functional purpose is to make nicotine products more palatable for non-smokers by making the smoke less harsh. Same reason why regulators look askance at fizzy, fruity caffeinated beverages that are made so in part to market them to minors

>>524389391Even if that were to happen, marijuana is federally illegal and I can drive to Virginia and buy it in a store right now. NC is the tobacco state, we have the most smokers in the nation and multiple tobacco companies are based here. It won't be illegal here, I promise. The state will just legalize it within our borders.
When I was a kid people said menthol cigs made you infertile, then they banned it for like 20 years. Now they are sold again despite tobacco restrictions and taxes being harsher.
