Here's a detox protocol that I use:
Eliminate all food in your house that isn't meat or veggies.
Even fruit. Fruit simply tastes too good and will cause you to gorge. It doesn't keep you full for long.
Eat 2 whole chicken breasts every time you get hungry. Green veggies to top you off.

You won't be hungry for at least 8 hours.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

Easiest way to do healthy meal prep that I have discovered - It's nothing fancy, but it is easy:

>On your weekend, cook a whole package of whatever meat you want. Easiest is probably chicken breast, but you could do a beef roast or pork roast, whatever.

I only really eat pizza with thin crust nowadays because the crust is what "fills" me the most, so the less of that, the more I can eat.

I also started ordering spaghetti, pretty much every italian restaurant has them, and the pasta doesn't fill me as much either.

But what I really miss is my parents home cooking. I even desire vegetables pretty often now.

What are you on about? According to latest information from UN itself, Bharat produced over 35000 tonnes of their own domestically grown cocoa beans in 2025 (as of calculations by the end of October). Sure, it's obviously not enough to satisfy domestic consumption/demand of literally 1+ BILLION of people, but most of cocoa technically gets exported anyway, as the case with other countries that produce more than 10000 tonnes of cocoa beans in a year, so, hey. Even Kazakhstan, despite being mostly a barren steppe or a desert, has it's own domestic cocoa bean production, currently averaging at 1800 tonnes yearly, and yet they TOO export it (majorly to Russia, Mongolia, China, Kyrgyzstan), it's not all internal consumption.

Your country/land produces at least 35000 tonnes yearly, obviously that chocolate can't be all bad, since it gets exported and other countries buy it.

You can have some sugar from natural, more healthy fruits that also give you some fiber or vitamins and minerals, without it having as catastrophic health effects as long-term high consumption of sucrose (what we typically just call “sugar”) from soda, various soft drinks, candies and desserts. It’s basically common sense, you can live healthily having some dates, bananas, grapes, pineapple, whatever every once in a while, and it’s a better habit than getting the same sugar kick from Oreos or Swedish Fish or whatever. You don’t NEED it, you’re right, you can get the glucose your body needs from other sources, but it’s not a death sentence like you’re suggesting.

Also, when fruit is turned into fruit juice (without pulp), the effect can become about as bad as soda or other soft drinks. You get the high sugar content without the fiber/carbs to slow down the digestion, you get a bigger immediate spike in blood sugar, and typically are losing some nutrients along the way too. So most types of fruit juice are the exception, a smoothie is better if you want to keep more of the nutritional value.

You're getting things a little confused. McDonald's does use cellulose but not in it's patties. It's patties are legit 100% beef. It's probably the healthiest part of a McDonald's burger compared to the other ingredients.
