So I've posted about this before, but wanted to expand my thoughts. I am a former lesbian and I'm tired of the LGBT movement lying about the nature and causes of homosexuality & the effectiveness of conversion therapy.As a kid, I was a fairly athletic tomboy. I have a fraternal twin brother who I get along great with and I've never hated men as a gender. I was not a political lesbian (aka one of the ones who are highly performative and "rebelling against the Patriarchy" but still hook up with men from time to time). I had male friends, and had high quality men express interest in me, but found men unattractive and felt a strong sense of attraction to women. I also had stereotypically masculine interests from the time I was 5 years old. I also had two different teachers ask me if I was a "transboy." In my early 20s, I started an experiment where I went on hormone modulating substances (finasteride to lower DHT, low dose metformin, an herbal blend) and my attraction to women faded away over several months. I found myself solely into men. I had never experienced that before. There is a huge amount of evidence showing similar occurrences in other women with hormone problems. There is a clear attempt to cover up conversion stories or insist that the person in question was always "just bi and going through a new phase of the bisexual rollercoaster." They don't want people to know that conversion therapy has a roughly 50% chance of working in women. And, finally, the incels have a point. You have no idea how much easier it is being attracted to men. Dating men literally just requires you to take care if your body, look decent, and be their friend. That's it. My life is so much less dramatic now.

Conversion therapy is basically non-existant in most US states. It's also banned in Germany for minors even when requested and no doctors will do it for adults. Most therapists willing to try it are "talking therapists" who won't give you a blood panel. You have to read old 80s studies and order drugs from IndiaMart if you want to do it to yourself.
