I worked for free in my profession for months till it led to a job.I worked a work week and evenings and nights and weekends until I met my wife. Together we bought a town house.Then we paid it down and bought a big house in a nice suburb. Hard work does pay off.
Well house prices certainly have increased more over the years, that is the market tho in a free system and where it is supply and demand. The government could force more housing stock to be built to reduce the demand or you have to reduce the population growth seeing as the vast maj is from immigration.
