I've had a few STD's over the years, it's not an issue at all. The vast majority can easily be cured by antiobiotics and HIV is almost completely impossible to get as a man from normal vaginal sex.

Austin, Tx. I don't really see cold sores too often anymore but genital herpes has sky rocketed especially among women. I work with 5 women and they all have genital herpes. You can smell it. You can smell it medicated and unmedicated. Both are very strong and distinct. All the women have it and the one black guy has it. I've never seen any of them with a cold sore. It's of course really bad with fags too and this guy is apparently a closeted bi but its always been bad with fags. So they were already maxed out. Fags are so diseased even aids has made a comeback in Dallas. The problem is condoms don't stop genital herpes. Generally speaking. You can't just slap on a condom and call it a day.
