What can done about elderly people sitting on top of resources doing nothing with them for decades when the whole family could be using it to generate wealth?

My mom never married, nobody came to my HS graduation, there was never a square meal in the house and most of the time I actually fended for myself. Early in life I learned how to charm the neighbor kids families into inviting me over.It wasn't like she was a substance abuser or anything, she was just burnt on life as well and worked for the government.I went on to make 6 figures for a time before completely burning out myself. A lifetime of theft of everything from 7 bicycles stolen during JR High and HS, squatters destroying investments, losing jobs for slacking off after not participating in fraud, falling for patriotic scheme and doing things I'm not proud of.Now I'm nearly 50 and I subsist with no debt off of under $1000 a month which mostly comes from me hustling gig work. She and her husband moved into a retirement community/cottage for what must be over $6k a month. But I don't begrudge her, she worked hard and planned and has a government pension, so does he.But they have no concept, none at all, that their lives were completely insulated from the reality their politics created. They are both leftists who grew up in academia and government.By the time retirement age comes for me, I have no belief whatsoever social security will be solvent.Look at what the dems got away with in Minnesota. $18 billion dollars stolen so boomers could feel good about themselves for letting a new community, with totally alien values, displace the people who worked together in My mom's time to make her prosperous, safe life possible.I give her credit for trying to understand, but the globalist brainwashing over Covid and Trump showed that she is the product of a lifetime of programming by disgustingly evil people - and although she is a good person, the beliefs instilled into her aren't.
