Why is intellectualism so hated in America?
>>
It isn't and this is only espoused by pseuds

Define "intellectualism" beyond "agrees with what I think"

Jews ruin discourse intentionally. Hell the feds openly admit to quashing physics n sheeeeeit fuck this kike hell hole
>>
>>524409031
if anything anti intellectualism should be a good thing for actual intellectuals, it raises their own value
>>
Modern intellectuals have usually zero kids, wich means their opinions are either worthless or self defeatist babble, unfit for real human progress. Why would ypu care about them, then? Intellectuals in america hate the common american people and want it replaced by a browner, dumber version. Mental masturbations are so 60s btw.
>>
>>524408947
blind belief is not intellectual
use your own brain and stop relying on others to do your thinking

because most people are straight up retarded (and always have been)

There is a discrepency rather. Which the tightly knit Jewish community (albeit not without its frictions either) that came to the Americas already with Columbus took advantage of to make themselves the intellectual class in the Americas from the onset through nepotism. Thats part of the reason they get away with the narrative that Jews are just smart and productive and you are just jealous, goy.
This Jewish intellectual class have through their control of not just academia but also military intelligence been able to manipulate basically all sides in any dialectic they have ever contrived in the Americas from the onset. Bringing this up and bringing up the concept of controlled opposition in general (especially shining a light on what purpose Islam and Christianity actually serves) up pisses the hasbara off to no end. Thats when they really try to hammer home
>NOOOOOOOOOO SHUT UP MUHAMMAD HATED JEWS SHUT UP SHUT UP HE HATED THEM WE HAVE NEVER CONTROLLED ISLAM
and expecting one to disregard the likes of Maimonides and what he admitted both Islam and Christianity actually was on top of what Marcus Eli Ravage later corroborrated further about Christianity exclusively.
They do not want people to realize that all Abrahamists are essentially co-dependents of one another. Satanists, Orientalists and Occultists etc. are a part of that circle of co-dependency btw. This helps explains Michael Aquinos true agenda with his esoteric occultism with some nazi aestehtics as further layer type of operations. When you start pulling this Michael Aquino thread and discover the whole reason behind controlled nazi oppositions like James Masons bullshit, 09A and now also this Return to the Land crap then thats when the hasbara goes haywire and they really start to go after you hard.

>False notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'"
Except it's not a false notion.
Firstly, by democracy, we are talking about universal suffrage.
Secondly, under universal suffrage, a vote is a vote. The +1 doesn't care about your motives, intellect and education.
It doesn't care if you were well informed or if you voted on a whim.
I.E.: Some women admitted, in 2015, they voted for Trudeau because he was good looking.
Their vote had the same weight as a PhD in political science (in the same electoral district).

>>524409688
Most humans have rather small and ineffectual brains. You're assuming that all humans are capable of critical thought and expansive thinking despite the fact that this is not the case. This is why we have "trust the science" to begin with, and it's because we've expected morons to think for themselves despite their inability to, thus the conclusion they've reached is science = smart therefore science associated thing must be right. We have a new dogma because the masses are not capable of utilizing intellectual tools, in error we've assumed anyone can be as smart as he wishes with enough tools, but reality shows this is far from true. Individualism, rationalism, egalitarianism, and the assumption of human nature being inherently "good" has caused an untold amount of damage to human societies on a level never seen before.

>>524408947
The tolerance of some ignorance is a necessary concession to prevent a Ministry of Truth from emerging.
The centralization of authority over what is and isn't fact replaces blind ignorance with deliberate deception and is the backbone of every kind of tyranny.

Issac Asimov's son was busted with one of the largest child porn collections (after Alex Karp & the FBI) but FBI Director Robert Mueller LET HIM OFF.

>No posts mentioning the Great Awakening in 1700s America so far.
In the US, distrust of elites cultivated as a religious minority in their homeland, combined with the pragmatism of pioneers, led to the "democratization" of Protestantism.
This led to an emphasis on simple faith rejecting specialized higher education, along with conversion and spiritual religious experiences.
The American's foundational belief that intuition and experience surpass abstract thought traces back to even before their nation's founding. This mindset led to the de facto monopolization of certain professions requiring higher education by specific tribe.
>>
>>524412512
>The American's foundational belief that intuition and experience surpass abstract thought
This isn't a thing. What Americans DO have is a hostility to formal class hierarchy, which is what this supposed "anti-intellectualism" is really about: pretentious, arrogant bourgeois who think that because they live in a city and read a lot of books that the proles should genuflect to them as their intellectual betters in a form of ersatz class condescension. When they don't receive the respect they think they deserve for reading The New Yorker they get butthurt and invent this caricature of the knuckle-dragging pleb who scoffs at how he "don't need no book learnin', my daddy taughts me all I need to know about the world", which caricaturization is of course just code for "poor person"

>I had an auto-repair man once, who, on these intelligence tests, could not possibly have scored more than 80, by my estimate. I always took it for granted that I was far more intelligent than he was. Yet, when anything went wrong with my car I hastened to him with it, watched him anxiously as he explored its vitals, and listened to his pronouncements as though they were divine oracles - and he always fixed my car.Well, then, suppose my auto-repair man devised questions for an intelligence test. Or suppose a carpenter did, or a farmer, or, indeed, almost anyone but an academician. By every one of those tests, I’d prove myself a moron, and I’d be a moron, too. In a world where I could not use my academic training and my verbal talents but had to do something intricate or hard, working with my hands, I would do poorly. My intelligence, then, is not absolute but is a function of the society I live in and of the fact that a small subsection of that society has managed to foist itself on the rest as an arbiter of such matters.

>Consider my auto-repair man, again. He had a habit of telling me jokes whenever he saw me. One time he raised his head from under the automobile hood to say: “Doc, a deaf-and-mute guy went into a hardware store to ask for some nails. He put two fingers together on the counter and made hammering motions with the other hand. The clerk brought him a hammer. He shook his head and pointed to the two fingers he was hammering. The clerk brought him nails. He picked out the sizes he wanted, and left. Well, doc, the next guy who came in was a blind man. He wanted scissors. How do you suppose he asked for them?”Indulgently, I lifted my right hand and made scissoring motions with my first two fingers. Whereupon my auto-repair man laughed raucously and said, “Why, you dumb jerk, He used his voice and asked for them.” Then he said smugly, “I’ve been trying that on all my customers today.”“Did you catch many?” I asked.“Quite a few,” he said, “but I knew for sure I’d catch you.”“Why is that?” I asked.“Because you’re so goddamned educated, doc, I knew you couldn’t be very smart.

>Why is intellectualism so hated in America?

Because the modern university system has abandoned reason and truth in the name of becoming a pseudo marxist indoctrination machine selling worthless agitprop degrees.

Were Asimov alive today he'd no doubt be getting censored for wrong speak like Thomas Watson was.

It isn't.

What's hated is jews imagining they're smarter than everyone else and then claiming their fantasy of superiority - supported entirely by their baseless jewish pilpul - gives them the right to dictate what happens in society.

Freemasons were able to inflate a bunch of small sects with little resistance to make them Christian Zionists. Not well organized against this sort of thing and too open to reinterpretation. Take over a big expensive church your congregation spent a lot of money on. Then strong man your guys into leadership. Half the people who realize something is amiss has to build a cheap church for their splinter organization. Many stay and try to hold out but they usually can't get anyone decent to replace the shit pastor and they can't figure out why.
>>
>>524408947
Probably because most intellectuals in the 20th century were communist. Communism isn't accepted here.
>>
I don't think is just america but it'a excerbated over there
It has to do with not having any trust into academics (for good reason) and no moral standing to grow a moral/intelectual code into
People are just not willing to learn for the most part and it's more evident in the USA, it's not just lazyness cause stupid people are lazy here too and at least try cause we have some faith in education on an abstract level being detach from internal academic problematics like corruption of universities and scientific study
It seems to me most people but especially americans not see the value of searching through a ocean of garbage information (fair enough) to get to a level of well read competency
Not that it happens most naturally anywhere for the most part but in America is a real sub 80iq to midwit-140iq bellcurve meme and it's very evident for this reason I think
