At what point does “debt collection” cross into intimidation? When someone is aggressive, threatening, relentless, and clearly using fear to pressure a vulnerable person, what are we supposed to call that behavior? I’ve explained my situation. I’ve explained my medical costs. None of it mattered—they just kept pushing, escalating, and instilling fear.I’m not asking to insult anyone for fun. I’m asking a serious question about power, coercion, and whether weaponizing fear against someone who’s already broken is acceptable in this system. If the tactics rely on intimidation rather than humanity, what does that say about the people using them?
good thing is you arent legally obligated to speak to them. i ignore them. ignoring them makes it most difficult on them and not you. eventually they tried to take me to court, i literally didnt show up. shit literally just disappeared after a while and 7 years later dropped off my credit score too and i dont even owe it actually, it literally disappeared, doesnt say i even owe the debt
>>524414123Who the fuck do you owe money to, the mob? Just don't answer the phone, don't open the mail? Wtf are they going to do? Is it your mortgage company are car loan or something?
You should check who's at the door
