These people aren't self aware and can't help themselves.

If they were, they wouldn't be bald. They are marked for a reason. These people are absolutely unfit to lead others, make decisions, run things. They are usually resentful (due to their condition) and greedy. It is a sign of significant aging, and a likely deteriorating mind. They are obviously too old to be respected by stronger, younger, wiser men who are healthier, so they hide behind their bald police friends.

They are, again, (almost) invariably too old, helpless, and disfigured to be regarded as serious people in the civil, day to day world.

They are NOT to be entrusted to positions of government or leadership in business. Especially not government. They WILL declare wars if they are able, they will argue for wars, they will agitate and instigate for wars globally.

They do not consider ANYONE to be their own, they hate younger men, they often hate women, they do not serve their people. They relish in the death of their young men due to subconscious resentment.
