These people who thought they'd psyop the right into dividing and letting the left win over the Israel issue fail because of this. Someone like Mamdani wins because he offers free shit, not because of Israel. Being anti Israel isn't some key to massive success that these guys spammed that it was. People care more about what goes on in their own nation. A lot of the arguments to try to convince someone that Israel matters to this rely on someone already being highly skeptical and/or hating the nation. They made arguments for antisemites, not the average person.
