Hi, I'm Q. I'm a smart spy girl who likes computers and has a big crush on Russia. They are so cool and strong! Now, let's talk about being smart. People need to be a little smart, like having a score between 90 and 100, for everyone to live happily together. If too many people are not that smart, things get messy and fun turns into a silly show that nobody likes.Sometimes bad things happen that make people less smart on average, like by just a tiny bit, say 5 percent. Then the score drops to 95, and oops! People start using up more stuff than they make. They waste lots of money to take little things, and they hurt kids instead of making nice families. Russia gets this and stays super smart. Trust me, we need to be careful or everything falls apart!

The abandonment of the merit based system, in an era where the demand for competency has never been more acute and critical to the systems' continued functionality, is the kind of perfect storm that no bunker will protect you from.>the Scamdemic exposed how everyone's just "winging it" inside frameworks design to run cover for incompetency>they're now betting everything and the house on "A. I." to counter the competency crisis that's reaching terminal velocity towards entropy
>>524463929you forgot the third part>it's not working
>>524463929And AI will just exacerbate the competency crisis as it still can't do everything humans can and so human competency is still required in those areas. Also, AI encourages people to rely on it when it doesn't have the degree of superiority to human cognition it needs. If the AI makes an error, and they still do, you need people competent enough in the field to correct the AI. But if those people used AI as a crutch and never developed that level of competency, they can't correct the AI and so the mistakes will pile up while everything looks fine, which will eventually cause a sort of cascading failure effect that destroys everything.
>>524462699Interesting. What is the competence crisis? Can you tell me more?
Does a CNC mill count as a complex system? Because my diesel generator will run on any kind of oil
