If Minnesota or the Federal
Government ever actually ended the fraud in Minnesota, what would the Somalis there do? Would they have to move to find new victims to defraud, or will they move onto Nigerian-style email scamming or what? Or will they just live increasingly impoverished while trying to devise new fraud schemes through their collective voting power? Will they invade other states, will they go back to Somalia? Maybe a bunch of them will flee to Sweden?
