It's not about people remaining childless, but about people with children no longer having many of them. Family sizes have shrunk considerably and the number one complaint for the remaining large families is lack of money. This financial burden is not offset by any advantages, so parents are given incentive to stop having children early on. Money and time that is not invested in children yields a "demographic dividend" which mostly disappears into the pockets of the Jews. If there was a less hostile political regime, birth rates could recover by nullifying the advantages of childless people. Many people are not suitable to be parents, turning sluts into mothers is not the best way to fix demographic problems.
